Northern Heating and Cooling was started by Karl Northern in 2001, and has done nothing but thrive over the past 7 years. Karl was able to do this by strictly adhering to one golden mission:
Treat our customers as they want to be treated, no exceptions.

It is this core philosophy that has carried us from one brave man in an old blue van to over 10 employees, gladly fulfilling the needs of many happy Indianapolis builders and homeowners.
Our commitment to our customers has molded us into one of the most fair and honest  companies to work with. This is proven time and time again in our high quality work, superb reliability, and dedication to customer service.

A quote I hear from Karl on nearly every sales call is, “It’s kind of funny if you treat a customer right, take care of their concerns, and make sure they are satisfied they will call you back and give you more business.”  This Idea has proven itself true 100% of the time.

The only thing more important than taking care of our customers is hiring employees that share our customer focused ideas. Our Technicians go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that when everything is said and done your house is comfortable and you are happy. In all honesty we never consider a job closed until the customer is satisfied with our work.

Located near 52nd St. and College Ave. we find most of our jobs are in difficult, old, & historic Meridian-Kessler homes. We treat each one of these jobs as a challenge that only trains us to be better prepared for all the small surprises that may arise when we work outside of this neighborhood.
